The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Alexandre Firmino and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barros Coutinho shoots in for a double leg but Skiter sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Skiter tries for a takedown but Barros Coutinho circles away easily
and Barros Coutinho counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Skiter's guard now.
Barros Coutinho wants to control from the top but Skiter keeps moving.
Barros Coutinho drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Barros Coutinho jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
