The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drago throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Duran looks gassed!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Drago gets control of Duran's arms and successfully pulls guard. Drago will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Drago lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Duran!

It looks like Amou Duran has been cut.
Drago has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Drago takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Drago is working for a guillotine from mount but Duran frees his head quite easily.

Duran really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Drago. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Drago just misses with a punch to the body.
Duran misses with a looping left.
Drago throws a head kick but Duran moves out of range.
Duran scores with a sloppy right hand. Drago should have avoided that one.

and Drago counters with an outside leg kick.
Drago throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Drago! Duran is out on his feet! Drago rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Duran is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Duran is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
