Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sven Fuhrmann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Blake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). David Blake has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fuhrmann shoots in looking for a takedown. Blake tries to sprawl out of it but Fuhrmann keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Blake manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Fuhrmann checks a leg kick.

Blake gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Fuhrmann thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Fuhrmann drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Fuhrmann jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Fuhrmann dives in and grabs Blake's left leg, looking for a takedown. Blake pushes down on Fuhrmann's head and hops out.

Blake throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fuhrmann's waist but Fuhrmann gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Blake off to one side.

Fuhrmann is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Blake doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Fuhrmann.

Blake has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Fuhrmann is working away from the top position though.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Blake shoots in and bounces Fuhrmann off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Blake really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fuhrmann. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Fuhrmann working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Blake doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Blake manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Blake is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Fuhrmann is surviving well by controlling Blake's body position as best he can.

Blake wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Fuhrmann, who protects the arm well.

Blake is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Fuhrmann knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Fuhrmann could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Blake stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Fuhrmann has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Blake. Oh but Fuhrmann has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Blake goes limp - he's gone! Fuhrmann jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
