Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Armando Reyes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aardarsh Punjabi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reyes comes to the cage accompanied by Crank Dat. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Punjabi throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Reyes sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Punjabi closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Reyes to the mat! Reyes manages to get full guard.
Punjabi controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Reyes is working an open guard so Punjabi takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Reyes throws a series of punches but Punjabi moves out of range.
Punjabi wants to clinch up but Reyes keeps it at a distance.
Reyes looks for the body kick but Punjabi saw that one coming.
Nice sprawl there from Reyes as Punjabi shoots in.

Punjabi drives through with a takedown into guard.
Reyes pulls Punjabi in close to his closed guard and prevents Punjabi from doing any damage or advancing position.
Punjabi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Reyes swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

That was a close round but I would say that Armando Reyes will probably get the nod.
