The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammond fails with a takedown attempt.

Hammond drops Silverkush with a left and a right! Oh, Silverkush is hurt - Hammond dives into side control looking to finish!

It looks like Genesuis Silverkush has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hammond takes a little break here. Silverkush wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Hammond has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Hammond steps into range and cracks Silverkush with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Silverkush flops backwards and Hammond dives into his guard looking to finish!

Hammond decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Silverkush, up you get!
Hammond misses with a few strikes there.

Hammond fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Silverkush sprawls well initially but Hammond persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Hammond is working Silverkush over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
