Palhares kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Three 6 Mafia - It's A Fight . Dingle Berry told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palhares comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Berry looks gassed!
Palhares throws a series of punches but Berry moves out of range.

Palhares lands a left and a right that send Berry crashing to the mat, dazed. Palhares thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Dingle Berry has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Palhares scores with a hook to the body. Berry takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Palhares is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Berry's half guard.

Palhares stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Berry to get to his feet.
