Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Paul Normandale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jethro Tull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tull comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Aqualung - Jethro Tull kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tull dives in and grabs Normandale's left leg, looking for a takedown. Normandale pushes down on Tull's head and hops out.
Normandale circles away from the clinch attempt.
Tull misses with a two punch combination.
Tull avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Tull cracks the inside of Normandale's front leg.
Tull shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Normandale as he avoids it easily.
Tull is looking to clinch.

Normandale bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Tull tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Normandale wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Normandale throws a strike aimed at the side of Tull's head but Tull avoids it well.
Normandale is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Tull gets back to half guard.
Normandale trying to control the action but Tull is working from the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Tull wants to control but Normandale is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Normandale trying to pass the guard but Tull defending well.
Tull is looking for a sweep. Normandale is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Tull moves into full guard.
Normandale is pushing down on Tull's leg trying to pass to half guard. Tull is fighting to maintain full guard but Normandale has managed to sneak the leg through.
Tull has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Normandale is working away from the top position though.
Normandale thows a huge punch but Tull dodges it nicely.

Tull is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Normandale has latched onto it... Big trouble! Normandale pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Tull is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Normandale!
