Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bubba Joe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dmitri Mikhailovich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bubba Joe is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mikhailovich throws a head kick that Joe semi-blocks.
Joe avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Joe finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Joe throws a push kick but Mikhailovich slaps the foot to one side.
Joe lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mikhailovich circles away quickly and effectively.
Joe misses with a hook. Mikhailovich ducked under it nicely.
Bubba Joe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Joe throws an overhand right that lands on Mikhailovich's shoulder, as Mikhailovich tries to avoid the shot.

Mikhailovich throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Joe was covering up waiting for the punch and Mikhailovich finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Joe stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mikhailovich swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Joe wants to stand and escape but instead Mikhailovich has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Mikhailovich goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Joe has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Mikhailovich but great work by Joe.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Joe displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Mikhailovich throws out the jab.
Joe has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Joe there as he acknowledges the shot.
Joe swings away with a body shot that misses
and Mikhailovich counters with a head kick. That will keep Joe thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Joe throws a nice inside leg kick.
Mikhailovich uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Joe.
Joe throws a wild body kick that Mikhailovich sees coming a mile off.
Mikhailovich has a takedown stuffed.
Mikhailovich throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Joe's waist but Joe gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mikhailovich off to one side.
Joe swats away the attempt to clinch by Mikhailovich.
Bubba Joe is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Mikhailovich cracks Joe with a right hand to the side of the head.

Joe bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Joe throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Mikhailovich lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Joe backs up against the cage.
Joe misses with a double jab
and Mikhailovich counters with a nice double leg into side control. Joe won't be happy with that.
Joe tries to buck Mikhailovich off but Mikhailovich is having none of it.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
