Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Shaniqua Gorbdinkle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erik Lehnsherr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Gorbdinkle might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Way I Feel. Lehnsherr has chosen Faint as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Shaniqua Gorbdinkle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Erik Lehnsherr!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Dillan Fox and Steve Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gorbdinkle has managed to clinch.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Gorbdinkle uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lehnsherr.

Gorbdinkle tries to clinch but Lehnsherr is having none of it.
Lehnsherr throws a hook to the side of Gorbdinkle's head but Gorbdinkle sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Gorbdinkle tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lehnsherr sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gorbdinkle somewhat.

Gorbdinkle feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
