The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Brien fails in his attempt to clinch.

Graney stuffs the takedown attempt from O Brien. O Brien gets slowly back to his feet.
Graney scores with a sloppy right hand. O Brien should have avoided that one.

It looks like Alex O Brien has been cut.
Graney is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by O Brien.
O Brien on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

O Brien looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

O Brien got a little sloppy there for a moment and Graney has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, O Brien has managed to get both his arms back between Graney's legs - danger averted.
