Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kanye West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gunnar Johnsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). West comes to the cage accompanied by Jesus Walks. Johnsson has chosen Kashmir - Led Zeppelin as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnsson cracks West with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
West wants to clinch up but Johnsson keeps it at a distance.

and West decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Johnsson's guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

West seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

A close second round but Gunnar Johnsson will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Johnsson shoots in looking for a takedown. West tries to sprawl out of it but Johnsson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. West manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Johnsson goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now West is on top in guard.
Johnsson takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Johnsson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but West can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

You can see the frustration on Johnsson's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

West is landing with some decent strikes but Johnsson is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Kanye West showed his dominance in that final round.
Well West has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
