Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Trent Masters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darth Nurple (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nurple has chosen Imperial March as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Nurple looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Nurple misses with an uppercut. Masters saw that one coming.
Masters on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Nurple. Nurple obviously looking to wear him down.
Nurple walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Masters checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Nurple moves in looking to clinch but Masters pushes him off.

and Masters decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Nurple's guard.
Trent Masters has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Nurple is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Nurple bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Masters's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
