Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Junior Assante!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Matheus Silva and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Assante fails with a takedown attempt.
Osorio closes the distance and clinches.
Assante connects with a knee to the head.
Assante drops down looking for an ankle pick but Osorio pulls his leg out and moves away.
Osorio moves into range and clinches up with Assante.
Osorio breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Assante tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Osorio counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Osorio working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Assante looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Osorio passes into side control.
Osorio in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Assante looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Osorio turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
