Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Matt Hunter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are John Roberts, John Kavanagh and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thyme ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hunter moves away.
Thyme lands with a hook. Hunter tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
It looks like Matt Hunter has been cut.
Thyme will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Thyme feints and as Hunter raises his hands in defense, Thyme changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Thyme stands up over Hunter, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Thyme throwing strikes from guard but Hunter blocks nicely.
Thyme stands up and waves to Hunter to follow him.
Hunter is breathing heavily.
Thyme looks to land a left hand but Hunter moved out of range nicely.
Thyme will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Thyme closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hunter did well to prevent Thyme getting side control.
Thyme maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Hunter could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Thyme has cracked it and Hunter is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Thyme!
