The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grey throws an overhand right that lands on Mayweather Jr's shoulder, as Mayweather Jr tries to avoid the shot.
Mayweather Jr connects with a jab.
Mayweather Jr throws a nice looking combination but Grey bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A combination from Grey does no damage.
A punch combination from Mayweather Jr misses.
A punch combination from Grey misses.
Grey misses with a kick to the body.
Mayweather Jr swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Grey counters with a series of strikes. Mayweather Jr will be more careful next time no doubt.
Grey takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Mayweather Jr defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Grey.

Mayweather Jr connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Grey to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Mayweather Jr!
