Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Clifford Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sub Rampage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clifford Jackson had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 187.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Clifford Jackson looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson misses with a head kick.
Jackson looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Jackson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jackson shoots in for a takedown but Rampage shows good takedown defense.

Rampage drives through with a takedown into guard.
Rampage works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Rampage looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Rampage stands up out of the half guard.

Rampage has closed the distance and engaged Jackson in a clinch.
Jackson is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Jackson fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Rampage is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Rampage has Jackson pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Rampage pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Jackson tumbling to the mat - Rampage dives into Jackson's guard.

Rampage's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Despite being in the dominant position, Sub Rampage just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Jackson will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Rampage shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Rampage passes into half guard.
Rampage is figuring out what he wants to do next.

Jackson closes the distance but Rampage moves to the side

and Rampage counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Rampage gets to his feet - Jackson follows without any prompting.

Rampage moves into range and clinches up with Jackson.
Jackson gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Rampage.

Rampage gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Jackson regains guard.
