The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Esau attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Esau avoids a punch combination nicely.
Esau scores with a hook.
Hastings connects with a jab.
Esau throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
A left and a right from Esau both land. Nice combination.

Alex Hastings seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Esau lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hastings has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hastings and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Hastings will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Esau stalks Hastings and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Hastings's face. Hastings staggers backwards, shaken.

Hastings loses concentration momentarily and Esau pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Hastings crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Esau finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
