Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Serio Damage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don Syd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Syd comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Poisen kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Don Syd is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Syd throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Damage's waist but Damage gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Syd off to one side.
Damage misses with a two punch combination.
Damage tries to close the distance and clinch but Syd swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Syd doesn't manage to clinch there - Damage circles away.
Damage wants to clinch

and Syd counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Syd wants to pass to mount but Damage is defending the position.

Damage looking for submissions off his back.

Damage looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.

Syd perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Syd is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Damage has managed to free his arm - good work.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Serio Damage has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Don Syd.
Damage tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Syd counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Damage moves into range and clinches up with Syd.

Syd's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Syd tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Damage lands a nice elbow.

It looks like Don Syd has been cut.

Syd lands a hook that snaps the head of Damage backwards.
Syd with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Syd gets underhooks to prevent Damage's takedown attempt.

Syd pulls guard successfully.

Damage drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Damage as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Syd screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Damage! Nice submission victory there!
