Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cris Jackson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, killa joe!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

joe shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jackson pinned against the cage. Jackson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jackson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for joe on the ground.

joe lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Jackson.

killa joe showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Jackson falls off balance throwing a combination

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
