Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Willie Wonka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bas Belfort (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Belfort is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Du Hast. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Willie Wonka!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bas Belfort!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wonka avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Good standup being displayed there by Wonka as he connects with a hook.
Belfort moves out of range as Wonka strikes.
Wonka doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Belfort ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Belfort takes a swing at Wonka's ribcage but misses.
Some wild striking there from Belfort.
Wonka slips a jab from Belfort.
Belfort throws a sloppy head kick and Wonka moves out of range easily.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Belfort.

Wonka closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Wonka is trying hard to land a takedown here. Belfort sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Wonka takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Wonka steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Belfort. That one must have hurt.
Belfort stuffs the takedown attempt from Wonka. Wonka gets slowly back to his feet.
Belfort throws a half hearted mid kick.

Wonka avoids the body shot from Belfort.
Belfort takes a swing at Wonka's ribcage but misses.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Belfort fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wonka manages to avoid it.
Belfort loads up on a big right hand but Wonka slips the punch.

Bas Belfort showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Belfort stalks Wonka and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Wonka's face. Wonka staggers backwards, shaken.
Bas Belfort is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Belfort thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Wonka if he has to take too many more of those.
Wonka throws a hook to the side of Belfort's head but Belfort sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A chopping leg kick lands by Belfort.
Belfort throws a sloppy head kick and Wonka moves out of range easily.
Belfort uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Wonka has time to react.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Belfort moves into range and connects with a jab.
Belfort bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Belfort tries a head kick but it misses.
Belfort turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Wonka throws a hook to the side of Belfort's head but Belfort sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
It's got to the stage where if one of these guys blows hard enough, the other might fall over.
Belfort lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Belfort connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Wonka! He's out on his feet! Belfort rushes in and drops Wonka with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 4, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Bas Belfort!
