Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ebinezar Sneezar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thiago Almeida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Sneezar. No joy for Almeida on that attempt.
Almeida throws a solid leg kick but Sneezar takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Almeida.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Sneezar shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Sneezar seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Sneezar tries to pass to full mount but Almeida defends it.

Sneezar seems to be working for a kimura but Almeida defends the submission attempt.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sneezar wants to lay and pray for a moment but Almeida keeps working.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Sneezar moves into full mount! Almeida won't be happy about that!

Sneezar is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Almeida can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Sneezar goes for an armbar but Almeida turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Almeida.

A close round but Thiago Almeida will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Sneezar feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Sneezar has gone for a leg lock! Almeida slips out almost immediately though and dives into Sneezar's guard.

Sneezar has his feet on Almeida's thighs here. He's pushed Almeida off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Almeida screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
