The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jurdana rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Madison moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Madison throws a head kick that misses.
Madison misses with a combination
and Jurdana counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Madison throws a looping overhand right but Jurdana ducks down to avoid it.
Jurdana avoids the body shot from Madison.
Madison throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Jurdana waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Madison. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Madison to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

It looks like Billy Madison has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jurdana wants to control from the top but Madison keeps moving.
Jurdana postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Jurdana slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Jurdana throws a strike aimed at the side of Madison's head but Madison avoids it well.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Madison looks for the body kick but Jurdana saw that one coming.
A combination from Jurdana does no damage.
Madison tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Jurdana makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Madison is breathing heavily.
Jurdana lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Madison at a distance.

A jab-cross combination lands for Jurdana and sends Madison crashing to the mat! Jurdana follows him down to the mat - Madison regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Madison is rocked!
Madison pushes Jurdana off looking to stand but Jurdana dives back in and keeps control.
Oh Madison is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jurdana lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Madison! More strikes land and this one is all over! Jurdana jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
