The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hall closes the distance and clinches.
Hall breaks the clinch.
Hall looks to land a body kick but Starr moved away.
Starr keeps the fight on the outside.
Starr closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hall to the mat! Hall manages to get full guard.
Starr drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Starr jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Starr passes Hall's left leg - he's now in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
