Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jakhotia throws a right and a left that De Rick avoids nicely.
Jakhotia fakes high and swings low for a body shot but De Rick manages to avoid it.
No joy there for Jakhotia, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jakhotia throws a shot from downtown. De Rick moves away and avoids it.
De Rick is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Jakhotia.
De Rick catches Jakhotia with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
It looks like Bajrang Jakhotia has been cut.
De Rick lands a head shot.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
De Rick is trying hard to land a takedown here. Jakhotia sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Jakhotia throws a combination but it was largely blocked by De Rick.
De Rick rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jakhotia moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bajrang Jakhotia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jakhotia throws an uppercut from half a mile away. De Rick sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Jakhotia misses with a body shot.
De Rick lands a jab to Jakhotia's midsection.
Jakhotia looks gassed!
De Rick steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Jakhotia is out on his feet! De Rick sets himself and nearly takes Jakhotia's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
