Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nate Barnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juliano Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Junior has chosen Soulfly - Brasil as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Junior shoots in and drives through. Barnes sprawls well.
Junior bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Barnes tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Junior is able to avoid easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Junior passes Barnes's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Junior moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Barnes has worked his arm free - good work by Barnes!

Barnes leaves Junior with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Barnes clobbers Junior with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Barnes lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Barnes.
It looks like Juliano Junior has been cut.

and Junior counters with a shoot takedown. Barnes fights it but they end up in guard.

Barnes throws the left hand but Junior avoids the punch easily.

Junior tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Barnes swivels and escapes.

Junior gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Junior takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

A right-left combo lands from Junior.
Barnes stuffs the takedown attempt from Junior. Junior gets slowly back to his feet.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Barnes lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Junior has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Junior and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Barnes stuns Junior with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Barnes bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Junior is rocked!
Junior ducks into an uppercut from Barnes and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
