Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rodg Padacteri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ron Wood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ron Wood has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Rodg Padacteri's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Padacteri throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Padacteri shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Padacteri showed some decent athleticism there.
Wood wants to get back to his feet.
Wood misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Padacteri looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Wood with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Wood is trying to stand.
Wood works his way to full guard. Good work.
Wood bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Padacteri's guard.
Padacteri pulls Wood in to control the position.
Padacteri is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Wood stands and throws Padacteri's legs to the side, diving into side control.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Wood accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Wood throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Wood dodges the punch combination from Padacteri.

Wood bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
