The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ground is looking to clinch.
Dukes throws a right and a left that Ground avoids nicely.
Ground misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Dukes stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dukes wants it to stay on the feet.
Ground shoots for a takedown but Dukes saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Dukes slaps away a takedown attempt from Ground, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Dukes throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

and Dukes counters with a solid body kick.

and Dukes counters with a three punch combo that has Ground backing up. Ground nods at Dukes to acknowledge the strikes.

Dukes rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ground moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Ground tries to clinch but Dukes moves away

and Dukes counters with a crisp one two that drops Ground! Dukes thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Ground to his feet! Ground is in big trouble!
Dukes lands with a thumping leg kick.
Dukes connects with a superb combination that knocks Ground out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Dukes before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Ground!
