Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Andy Maurice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dante Wolfgang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maurice comes into the arena with Doce Discipulos blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dante Wolfgang!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wolfgang connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Wolfgang listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Wolfgang misses with a head kick.
Wolfgang misses with a jab, cross combination.
Maurice looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wolfgang is fending him off so far but Maurice persists. Nope, Wolfgang circles away and we're back to standing.
Wolfgang looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Maurice shoots for a double leg takedown but Wolfgang sprawls well. He's pushed Maurice's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Wolfgang swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Wolfgang will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Maurice shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andy Maurice. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Maurice looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Wolfgang throws an overhand right that lands on Maurice's shoulder, as Maurice tries to avoid the shot.
Maurice shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Wolfgang scores with a hook.
No joy there for Wolfgang, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Maurice looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wolfgang is fending him off so far but Maurice persists. Nope, Wolfgang circles away and we're back to standing.
Wolfgang loads up on a big right hand but Maurice slips the punch.
Wolfgang misses with a low kick.
Wolfgang clinches up against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Wolfgang using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Maurice has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Wolfgang breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Maurice tries for a takedown but Wolfgang sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Wolfgang throws a nice outside leg kick.
Wolfgang moves into the clinch.
Wolfgang gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Maurice.
Wolfgang throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Maurice blocks it with crossed arms.
Maurice is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Wolfgang can't fight it off and eventually Maurice manages to take the fight to the floor. Wolfgang looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Maurice is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Maurice wants to control from the top but Wolfgang keeps moving.
Wolfgang is looking to stand up but Maurice isn't so interested in that idea.
Maurice has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Wolfgang to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Maurice is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Wolfgang pulls down on the head and he's put Maurice to sleep! This one is all over!
