Si Zhiro looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Matsumoto seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Si Zhiro for as long as he can get away with.

Matsumoto jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Si Zhiro is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Si Zhiro and Matsumoto has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Matsumoto wants to lay and pray for a moment but Si Zhiro keeps working.
