Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hidetaka Sato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafael Diias (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sato comes into the arena with The Prodigy - Invaders Must Die blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sato clinches.
Diias drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Diias closes the distance and clinches up with Sato, looking for a takedown. Diias pushes Sato against the ropes but Sato circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Diias fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Sato looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Diias shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Sato is looking for a triangle but Diias pushes his legs off easily.
Diias drops back looking for a leg! Sato is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sato manages to kick Diias off! Diias jumps back into Sato's guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Diias accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Diias sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Sato's guard.

Diias looking to isolate an arm here. Sato doesn't see it coming and as Diias extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Diias!
