The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fusilli looks to land a right hand but Stonehead moved out of range.
Stonehead has a takedown stuffed.

Horrible takedown by Stonehead or perhaps it was just good defense by Fusilli which made him look bad.
Enzo Fusilli has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Stonehead.
Fusilli swats away the attempt to clinch by Stonehead.

Stonehead shoots for a double leg takedown but Fusilli sprawls well. He's pushed Stonehead's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Fusilli lands a big shot that drops Stonehead! Can he finish him?

Fusilli slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Fusilli lands with a big right hook that stumbles Stonehead - he's out on his feet here! Fusilli follows up with another monster hook that separates Stonehead from consciousness! Stonehead falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Fusilli stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
