Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zvonimir Stelian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Kostner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stelian's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Sandstorm (Darude). The crowd seem to be enjoying Kostner's choice of entrance music: Rick Springfield- Jessies girl. Max Kostner acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kostner moves out of range as Stelian throws a body kick.
Kostner is looking to clinch.

Stelian clinches up against the cage.

Stelian wants to pass the guard but Kostner is keeping the position.
Stelian is pushing down on Kostner's leg trying to pass to half guard. Kostner is fighting to maintain full guard but Stelian has managed to sneak the leg through.

Kostner is trying desperately to improve position.

Stelian is working for a guillotine from mount but Kostner frees his head quite easily.

Stelian is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Kostner is surviving well by controlling Stelian's body position as best he can.

Stelian stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Stelian shoots in but no luck this time.

Kostner wants to stand but Stelian is controlling his posture from full guard.

Kostner postures up in Stelian's guard and throws a big left but Stelian blocks it.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Stelian is on top in guard.

Stelian drops back looking for a leg! Kostner is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kostner manages to kick Stelian off! Stelian jumps back into Kostner's guard.
Stelian wants to control from the top but Kostner keeps moving.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

and Kostner holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Stelian is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Kostner pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Kostner has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Stelian avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Kostner breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Stelian is pressed up against the cage. Kostner has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Stelian down to the mat. Stelian avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Stelian working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kostner doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Stelian is tightening it up a little... Kostner has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Kostner reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Kostner taps out! nice BJJ there by Stelian!
