Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Rob Pain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, david dunn!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Daniel Bishop and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
dunn displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Pain.
Pain shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has dunn pinned against the cage. dunn gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Pain with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling dunn to score with a decent uppercut.
Pain fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rob Pain. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Pain tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but dunn swivels and escapes.
Pain shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts dunn as he jumps to the side.
Pain fails with the takedown.

dunn gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

dunn pulls guard successfully.
dunn wants to sweep here but Pain controlling him for the moment.

dunn is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Pain got a little sloppy there for a moment and dunn has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Pain has managed to get both his arms back between dunn's legs - danger averted.
dunn not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

dunn manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Pain is breathing heavily.

dunn feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Pain is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! dunn has his hands clasped together but Pain extends an breaks dunn's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Pain.
