Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between waverly kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and To Na Area (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think kane might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to ol dirty bastard - bam bam. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, waverly kane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, To Na Area!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Frank Dennis and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Na Area misses with a jab, cross combination.
Na Area lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Na Area throws a right and a left that both miss.
Na Area uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before kane has time to react.
kane scores with a one two! Na Area had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Na Area throws a right hand that kane ducks under and follows up with a left that kane also avoids with ease.
kane tries to close the distance and clinch up but Na Area swats him away and circles back towards the center.

kane feints and as Na Area raises his hands in defense, kane changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
kane trying to control but Na Area is working from the bottom.
Na Area really doesn't want to stay on the ground with kane. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Na Area breaks from the clinch.
Na Area lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Horrible takedown by kane or perhaps it was just good defense by Na Area which made him look bad.
kane tries to clinch there but Na Area circles away.
Na Area stuffs the takedown attempt from kane. kane gets slowly back to his feet.
Na Area smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Na Area throws a combination but it was largely blocked by kane.
kane swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

kane has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Na Area is proving hard to escape from.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

That was a close round but I would say that waverly kane will probably get the nod.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

kane stands up and we're back to a striking position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
