Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brijwanth J (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ulf Lundell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lundell has chosen Lundell as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danga de danga de dang - Lundell scores with a four punch combination!

It looks like Brijwanth J has been cut.
Lundell misses with a head kick.
Lundell throws a nice looking combination but J bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Lundell lands a head kick. J smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lundell has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Lundell tries to bum rush J with a series of wild strikes but J uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
J misses with a combination
and Lundell counters with a head kick.
Lundell tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but J was well out of range. Poor timing from Lundell.

Lundell throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as J stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Lundell follows into mount!
J is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Lundell throws some wild stikes that J manages to avoid easily.
Lundell wants to control the pace but J is squirming around nicely.
Lundell lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Lundell can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as J is looking to escape.
Lundell misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

J is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Lundell can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as J is looking to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lundell is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. J can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Lundell looking to control but J is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Lundell might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control J kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Lundell controlling the pace for now.
J knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lundell on the ground.
Lundell wants to take J's back here but J is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
J's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
J is breathing heavily.

Lundell moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, J has worked his arm free - good work by J!
J is being controlled here.
Lundell has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Lundell throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
J is pushing Lundell's head away, looking to escape. Lundell manages to hold on to the position though.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lundell in side control lands a decent elbow.
Lundell has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for J!

Lundell is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but J is surviving well by controlling Lundell's body position as best he can.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ulf Lundell dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Brijwanth J's cut.
That's time! J's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Lundell throws a head kick but J moves out of range.
J avoids the head kick by Lundell.

Lundell decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Lundell is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Lundell is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
J wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Lundell.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

J is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

J has left one of his arms exposed and Lundell doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. J screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
