Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dom Holch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cliche Guevara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Guevara misses.
Guevara throws a hook to the side of Holch's head but Holch sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Holch closes the distance and pushes Guevara back into the cage.
Holch is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Guevara is defending well for now.
Guevara wants to stall.
Holch is struggling to control the position.
Guevara is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Holch has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Guevara regains guard immediately.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Holch accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Holch wants the takedown. Guevara is fighting it off but Holch persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Guevara's guard against the cage.

Guevara has gone for a leg lock! Holch slips out almost immediately though and dives into Guevara's guard.

Guevara is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Holch has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Holch!

Holch swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Guevara is now in Holch's guard. A big mistake from Holch there, giving up the dominant position!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Guevara misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Guevara tries to bum rush Holch with a series of wild strikes but Holch uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
