The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leroy gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Jackson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Leroy.
Jackson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Jackson throws a leg kick but Leroy checks it.

Jackson tries to land a front kick but Leroy steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Jackson looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Leroy takes a swing at Jackson's ribcage but misses.
Leroy fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jackson manages to avoid it.
Jackson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Leroy swivels and escapes.

Leroy tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jackson swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Leroy throws a sloppy head kick and Jackson moves out of range easily.
Jackson throws a right hand that Leroy ducks under and follows up with a left that Leroy also avoids with ease.

Jackson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

The fight stays on the outside here - Leroy looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
