Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jose Aldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Silly Bollocks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aldo dips to his left and cracks Bollocks with an uppercut!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bollocks is defended easily by Aldo.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Bollocks has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Aldo's face.

Despite being in the dominant position, Silly Bollocks just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Bollocks shoots for a double leg takedown but Aldo sprawls well. He's pushed Bollocks's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Silly Bollocks showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Bollocks shoots in but Aldo avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Bollocks feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Bollocks wants the takedown. Aldo is fighting it off but Bollocks persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Aldo's guard against the cage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bollocks stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Aldo swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Aldo is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Bollocks keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Aldo's head.

Aldo is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
