Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valentine pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Valentine tries to close the distance and clinch but Jackson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Jackson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

and Valentine counters with a head kick. That will keep Jackson thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
The fight stays on the outside here - Jackson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Jackson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Valentine doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jackson.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Valentine wants to control but Jackson is having none of it.

Jackson is going olschool here, as he tries to force Valentine to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Valentine shrugs it off.
