Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Roman Galuszka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Gantrain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gantrain has chosen Animal I have Become as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Roman Galuszka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Kevin Gantrain! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Galuszka gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Gantrain working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Galuszka pulls Gantrain in close to prevent any damage. Gantrain passes easily into side control. Nice work. Gantrain cracks Galuszka with an elbow. That is naaassty. Gantrain scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Galuszka to see if he's OK. Galuszka is looking for a sweep. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Galuszka gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Galuszka actively working from the bottom here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gantrain sitting and controlling from the half guard. Gantrain prevents Galuszka from improving his position. Galuszka avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Gantrain. Gantrain content to control rather than advance. Gantrain thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Galuszka is trying to control but can't.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Gantrain scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Galuszka wants to improve his position but Gantrain is controlling well.

Gantrain stands up out of the half guard. Gantrain shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Galuszka's guard. Galuszka is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Gantrain controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Gantrain decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Galuszka, up you get! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kevin Gantrain dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Gantrain decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Gantrain throwing shots but Galuszka is blocking nicely. Galuszka is looking for a sweep. Gantrain is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Galuszka is trying to stand back up but Gantrain is controlling him
Gantrain takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Galuszka tries to get to full guard but Gantrain has control of the leg. Gantrain trying to control the pace. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Gantrain working over Galuszka with some ground and pound. Galuszka looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Gantrain is nestled in close to Galuszka, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Gantrain wants to work for an arm triangle but Galuszka is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Gantrain content just to control the position here. Galuszka keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Galuszka is working hard here to advance position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Galuszka just trying to survive but Gantrain is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish. Galuszka breaks Gantrain's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Gantrain can do anything to dispel that myth. Gantrain pulls Galuszka in close to prevent any damage. Galuszka preventing the sweep. Gantrain working for a triangle but Galuszka defends it easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Gantrain has his hands on Galuszka's head, controlling the position. Galuszka wants to control from the top but Gantrain keeps moving. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Galuszka would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Gantrain is adopting a defensive guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kevin Gantrain showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Gantrain swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Galuszka with a lazy takedown attempt and Gantrain counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Galuszka! A nice elbow there by Gantrain. Gantrain working for a guillotine from mount but Galuszka is in no mood to give up. Galuszka is in all sorts of trouble here.
Gantrain lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Gantrain trying to control but he's not successful this time. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Galuszka is bucking up trying to escape but Gantrain cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Gantrain with good strikes from the mount here! Galuszka flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Gantrain has hold of Galuszka's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Galuszka manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Galuszka is looking to improve his position but Gantrain isn't that keen on the idea. Galuszka gets back to half guard. Gantrain is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Galuszka is trying to maintain the position but Gantrain is very close to passing his half guard. Gantrain is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Gantrain slips a nice elbow through Galuszka's hands, connecting with Galuszka's forehead. Galuszka is looking to control Gantrain's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Galuszka avoid being mounted? Gantrain prevents Galuszka from improving his position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Galuszka darts in trying to clinch and Gantrain counters with a one-two to the body. Galuszka looks to clinch and Gantrain decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Galuszka's guard. Roman Galuszka has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kevin Gantrain is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Gantrain stays in close to Galuszka's body and controls the position.
And that's the end of the fight! Kevin Gantrain comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Gantrain has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
