PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between True Thug (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Devon Saunders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thug comes to the cage accompanied by til i collapse. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thug throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Saunders shoots in looking for a takedown. Thug tries to sprawl out of it but Saunders keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Thug manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Thug swats away the attempt to clinch by Saunders.
Thug throws a series of strikes that have Saunders backpedaling.

Thug dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Saunders takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Thug really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Saunders stands and steps away. Thug gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

and Saunders holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Saunders jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Thug walks away with a smile on his face. Saunders gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Saunders changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Thug tries to avoid it but Saunders manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Thug to the ground. Thug escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Thug has his feet on Saunders's thighs here. He's pushed Saunders off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Saunders screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
