Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Michael Ogilvy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Michael Ogilvy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Nate Diaz! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Ackerman and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Donk. Ogilvy catches Diaz right on the button with a cross. Ogilvy avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ogilvy drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Diaz is looking to regain half guard here but Ogilvy keeps moving and retains side control. Diaz is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Ogilvy off and has taken his back! Ogilvy rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Ogilvy wants to control but Diaz is keeping busy.
Ogilvy is trying to stand up here but Diaz is controlling him well. Diaz throwing shots but Ogilvy is blocking nicely. Ogilvy has his hands clasped together around Diaz's back. He's all about the action. Diaz thows a huge punch but Ogilvy dodges it nicely.
Ogilvy wants to control but Diaz is keeping busy and won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Diaz is looking to take a break and control but Ogilvy is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Diaz scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Diaz wants to control but Ogilvy is keeping him busy. Diaz is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Diaz not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Diaz is looking to take a break and control but Ogilvy is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Ogilvy trying to hold on to Diaz's head to control him but Diaz postures up.
Diaz has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Diaz working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Ogilvy's thigh. Ogilvy counters though and makes it back to full guard. Ogilvy wants to stand but Diaz is controlling the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Diaz advances position into side control! Diaz throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Ogilvy works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Diaz looks gassed! The fighters are battling for position here. Ogilvy manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Ogilvy has control of Diaz's left arm, preventing Diaz from doing any damage. Ogilvy looking to sweep here. No luck so far. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ogilvy thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Ogilvy is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Diaz working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Ogilvy's head. Diaz missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Diaz in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Diaz lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Diaz throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Ogilvy shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Diaz is trying to defend but Ogilvy finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Diaz looking for submissions off his back. Ogilvy stands up from half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ogilvy scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Diaz is trying to control but can't.
Ogilvy wants to lay and pray for a moment but Diaz keeps working. Ogilvy not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Diaz won't allow Ogilvy to pass to mount. Diaz looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Diaz looking for submissions off his back. Diaz trying to control here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Michael Ogilvy dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Ogilvy misses with a takedown attempt and Diaz counters with a three punch combo that has Ogilvy backing up. Ogilvy nods at Diaz to acknowledge the strikes. Ogilvy shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Diaz as he jumps to the side. Diaz throws a sloppy head kick and Ogilvy moves out of range easily. Nate Diaz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Diaz shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Ogilvy manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Ogilvy trying to keep a closed guard but Diaz is proving a slippery customer.

That's one minute gone in the round. Ogilvy is posturing up here but Diaz has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Ogilvy tries to roll out but it's too tight and Ogilvy has to tap! Slick submission there by Diaz!
