Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ed Bravo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeremy Walters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ed Bravo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jeremy Walters!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Aafke Stam and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Walters shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Walters was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Walters takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
I looks like Walters might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Bravo slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.

Walters is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Bravo sees it coming and defends easily.
Bravo tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.

Walters is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bravo defends it well.

Bravo walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Walters checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Bravo really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Bravo feints and then cracks Walters's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Walters down.

Bravo lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Bravo buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Walters checks a leg kick nicely.
Good leg kick by Bravo there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Walters sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Bravo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bravo lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Bravo lands a head kick!
Bravo is looking to slow Walters down with leg kicks.
Bravo lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Walters at a distance.
Bravo explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Bravo throws a leg kick but Walters sees it coming and moves out of range.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Walters checks a leg kick.

Bravo changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Nice uppercut there from Bravo.
Bravo throws and low kick but Walters moves out of range easily.
Walters takes a kick to the side of the head.
Bravo lets loose with a powerful body kick. Walters will feel that in the morning.
Bravo misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bravo attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Walters's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Bravo lands a slapping body shot.
Walters takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Walters shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bravo as he avoids it easily.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Let's hope that Walters has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Despite being in the dominant position, Jeremy Walters just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Bravo throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.

Walters tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Walters has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Walters remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Walters looks for a takedown but Bravo sprawls well.

Bravo is looking to wear down Walters with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Walters shoots for a takedown but Bravo saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Bravo tried to score with a low kick but Walters checks it.
Bravo throws a leg kick but Walters sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Bravo thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Walters if he has to take too many more of those.

Bravo does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
