Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sebastiaan Hoost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Guan Yu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sebastiaan Hoost!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Guan Yu!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Patrick Alders and Nard Betker.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoost throws a head kick but Yu moves out of range.

Hoost gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Yu to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Yu trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Yu looking to sit in guard and control but Hoost gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Hoost pushes down on Yu's leg and manages to get into half guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Yu can do anything to dispel that myth.
Yu wants to get back to full guard.
Hoost passes to full mount!

Yu is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Hoost sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Hoost trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Hoost looking to control and managing it successfully.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Yu tries to lock up and control but Hoost gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Yu is looking to improve his position but Hoost isn't that keen on the idea.
Hoost controlling from mount.

Hoost is standing up, even though he is in mount.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Hoost lands a big head kick that sends Yu tumbling to the mat! Hoost takes a step backwards and waves Yu back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Yu is rocked!

It looks like Guan Yu has been cut.
Yu fails with a takedown attempt.
Yu is still on wobbly legs! Can Hoost finish him?
Hoost throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hoost misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Yu shoots in looking for a takedown. Hoost tries to sprawl out of it but Yu keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hoost manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Yu seems to have recovered his senses.
Hoost tries a head kick but it misses.
Yu misses with a two punch combination.
Hoost slaps away a takedown attempt from Yu, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Sebastiaan Hoost has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Guan Yu.
Hoost avoids a kick to the body.
Hoost throws a front kick that sends Yu stumbling back into the cage.
Sebastiaan Hoost is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Yu crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Hoost - the referee stops the clock and Yu gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Hoost. Yu manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Yu looks gassed!
Yu fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Hoost lands a big head kick that sends Yu tumbling to the mat! Hoost takes a step backwards and waves Yu back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Whack! Hoost lands a heavy head kick that drops Yu. The ref tackles Hoost to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Yu was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Sebastiaan Hoost!
