Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Takaku Fuke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Axl Aoki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Kenichi Hosakawa and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Fuke or perhaps it was just good defense by Aoki which made him look bad.
Aoki is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Fuke's half guard.
Aoki is looking for a kimura but Fuke is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Aoki to get the leverage.
Fuke has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Aoki is working away from the top position though.
Fuke is defending against the submission attempts here by Aoki.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Fuke knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Aoki on the ground.

Fuke is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Aoki can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Fuke got a little sloppy there for a moment and Aoki has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Fuke has managed to get both his arms back between Aoki's legs - danger averted.
