Rennis wants to finish this one by submission but Tidwell is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Rennis.

Despite being in the dominant position, Ray Rennis just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Rennis closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Rennis is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Tidwell knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Tidwell for a finish.

Rennis is cranking Tidwell's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Tidwell! He's tightened the choke and Tidwell is tapping out!
