Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tristian Morgan!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Daniel Bishop and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morgan stuffs the takedown attempt from Gracie. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet.
Nice uppercut there from Morgan.
Gracie closes this distance looking for a takedown but Morgan circles away.
Morgan misses with a two punch combination.
Gracie shoots for a double leg takedown but Morgan sprawls well. He's pushed Gracie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Renzo Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gracie steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Morgan.
Morgan scores with a jab to the jaw.
Morgan connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Gracie's hands.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!



Gracie shoots in and bounces Morgan off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Gracie prevents Morgan from getting back to his feet.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Morgan jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Morgan throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Gracie uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Morgan.

Morgan throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Gracie closes this distance looking for a takedown but Morgan circles away.
Gracie moves out of range of the body kick from Morgan.

Morgan looks for the body kick but Gracie saw that one coming.
Gracie shoots in for a double leg but Morgan sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Gracie changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Morgan looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
A lull in the action here as Gracie stalls from top position.
Morgan tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Gracie wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Morgan swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Morgan tries to land a front kick but Gracie steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Gracie will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Gracie closes this distance looking for a takedown but Morgan circles away.
Gracie blocks a jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gracie takes one on the button.

Gracie bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Morgan is trying to work for a sweep but Gracie has mounted him!
Morgan is in all sorts of trouble here.
Morgan wants to control but Gracie is having none of it.

Morgan defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Gracie.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Morgan tries to control the position but Gracie now has his back.
Gracie is not going to allow Morgan to sit and survive in this position.
Morgan rolls, trying to escape but Gracie keeps control of the position.

Gracie has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.

Gracie avoiding Morgan 's attempts to control his hands.
Morgan can't escape the position.
Morgan trying to control the action but Gracie just sinks the hooks in.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Morgan trying to get back to his feet but Gracie is in full control for now.
Gracie keeps control of the position as Morgan tries to break free.
Gracie slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
