The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bip swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Butcher takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Butcher throws the left hand but Bip avoids the punch easily.
Butcher misses with a body shot
and Bip counters with a right hand to the body.
Butcher looks gassed!
Bip misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bip throws a right and a left that both miss.
Bip throws a head kick but Butcher moves out of range.
Bip sizes up Butcher with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
It looks like Percival Butcher has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bip drops Butcher with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Butcher looks back up at him and smiles so Bip waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Butcher is rocked!
Bip feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Butcher crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Bip Bip!
Bip Bip retains his light heavyweight title!
