The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
see tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
isaha see seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
MARLEY blocks the body kick.

see feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
see looking to pass the guard.
see with a flurry of punches that miss.
see slips nicely into half guard.

MARLEY looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.

MARLEY is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but see pulls his head out easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
see is looking to take a break and control but MARLEY is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
see sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. MARLEY defending well though.

see looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
see is thwarting MARLEY's attempts to control the position.

see is sneakily working for an arm triangle but MARLEY sees it coming and defends easily.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
see looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
see ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
see tries for a takedown but MARLEY sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
see fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

see is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

see moves into range and clinches up with MARLEY.

see tries to break free but MARLEY pushes him back against the cage.

see tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
MARLEY had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. see is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. MARLEY Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take see's back instead.
