Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Travis Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Crock Chestner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Travis Turner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Crock Chestner!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Eliza Hachem and Skip Squint.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turner is trying hard to land a takedown here. Chestner sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Chestner shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Chestner controls from within his opponent's guard.
Turner might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Turner escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Chestner gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Chestner really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Turner. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Turner has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Chestner can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Turner looking for a guillotine here but Chestner defends easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Chestner scoring with some ground and pound.
Turner working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Chestner.

Chestner avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Chestner trying to control the position from guard on top but Turner is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Turner throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Chestner wants to control from the top but Turner keeps moving.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Chestner is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Turner working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Chestner doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Turner is tightening it up a little... Chestner has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Chestner reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Chestner taps out! nice BJJ there by Turner!
